FUNERALS &
CELEBRATION OF LIFE

"To live in this world you must be able to do three things:
to love what is mortal;
to hold it against your bones knowing your own life depends on it;
and, when the time comes to let it go, to let it go."

Mary Oliver

Grief represented by birds and sunset

There are only two things in life that we can be sure of, birth and death. Despite knowing that a life will end, when it comes, the pain is excruciating. Losing a loved one can be agony.

Planning a funeral or a celebration of life for someone often feels overwhelming and this is where I can help. I will guide you through options, discuss details and be your safe space while you navigate these difficult waters.

A funeral gives you an opportunity to honour and celebrate a life. I will work with you to create a personalised and heartfelt ceremony that truly reflects the life and values of your loved one. We all have our own story, and we all have our own way of wanting to share that story. I will spend time with you learning all I can about your loved one in order that I can create a ceremony that reflects the spirit and personality of that person. From sharing their story to incorporating special touches, my goal is to make the ceremony a meaningful tribute.

TESTIMONIALS

Tony's family

"I just wanted to thank you again for your warmth and kindness throughout the leading up to and the service itself for Dad. Your inspiring words about grief and how to accept it as a part of life were very comforting and have stayed with me. We have had endless messages from people who attended the service and the many across the globe who watched online, who all said how wonderful you were and how touching the whole service was.
Thank you again for everything – you made what felt like an impossible task more bearable and the true celebration of Dad's life that we all wanted it to be."
